B’atz’ is the thread of destiny; anything that has occurred to us in the past, anything that is happening now, and everything that will occur in the future is the essence of B’atz. This Ch’umil also represents love, it is the energy that unites people. Number 5 symbolizes the love that we receive and which flows from us. Love is a very powerful healing energy. Tz’i’ is the energy of the divine and natural law which govern our existence, it is the righteous path, the symbol of authority and justice. Number 4 represents the balance between the four physical planes of manifestation, it is steadiness. This is a day to be at peace and a day to correct our mistakes in order to purify ourselves.

Toj is the Sacred Ceremonial Fire that is lit to give thanks for our life, for all the things we have received during our existence. Number 3 symbolizes the results of our actions. This is a day for gratitude. Light a candle to represent the Sacred Fire and give thanks for all the blessings you have received, ask the Creator and the Maker that all the gifts He has given you will help you become a light-bearer that will illuminate and bring blessings to others.

Number 2 represents both duality and union, it is the strength that comes from the fusion of two forces. The power of our thoughts are not enough to create what we want in life. Kej is the energy of the forests and nature. It represents calmness, balance, and harmony. Number 1 symbolizes unity, it is a number that contains within it the strength and knowledge we need to learn and absorb. The convergence of these two energies enable us to connect to the wisdom that Mother Earth wants to share with us. I thank you for this sacred day Ajaw, I ask you to strengthen my feet and my hands. I also ask you to strengthen my thoughts at every moment of my life, to prevent me from falling into the temptation of the adversary, of the enemy of the Sacred Spirituality. This will be the strength of my eyes, so that they will maintain the prosperity in your presence Ajaw, Heart of the Sky; Heart of Mother Earth.
