Tz’i’ is the energy of the divine and natural law which govern our existence, it is the righteous path, the symbol of authority and justice. Number 4 represents the balance between the four physical planes of manifestation, it is steadiness. This is a day to be at peace and a day to correct our mistakes in order to purify ourselves.

Toj is the Sacred Ceremonial Fire that is lit to give thanks for our life, for all the things we have received during our existence. Number 3 symbolizes the results of our actions. This is a day for gratitude. Light a candle to represent the Sacred Fire and give thanks for all the blessings you have received, ask the Creator and the Maker that all the gifts He has given you will help you become a light-bearer that will illuminate and bring blessings to others.

Q’anil symbolizes the seed, it is the energy of creation. Everything that is planted under the auspices of this Ch’umil will bring forth good fruit. Number 2 represents both duality and union, it is the strength that comes from the fusion of two forces. The power of our thoughts are not enough to create what we want in life. We need to take action, and this is a great day to start. Plant the seeds of what you want to harvest tomorrow. Remember that our actions become stronger if we work together.

Kej is the energy of the forests and nature. It represents calmness, balance, and harmony. Number 1 symbolizes unity, it is a number that contains within it the strength and knowledge we need to learn and absorb. The convergence of these two energies enable us to connect to the wisdom that Mother Earth wants to share with us. Take some time during this day to connect to nature, she has so much to give you, ask these energies that you can listen to and understand her profound teachings and advice.
The energy of Kej has influence over the next thirteen days (trecena). Flow with and connect to this energy to absorb its strength, balance, and harmony.  During these days ask for the protection of Mother Earth, elevate your prayers for her.

I thank you for this sacred day Ajaw, I ask you to strengthen my feet and my hands. I also ask you to strengthen my thoughts at every moment of my life, to prevent me from falling into the temptation of the adversary, of the enemy of the Sacred Spirituality. This will be the strength of my eyes, so that they will maintain the prosperity in your presence Ajaw, Heart of the Sky; Heart of Mother Earth. I ask you that my eyes won’t fall into the temptation of the adversaries, and in this way I can continue my spiritual offerings. Kame represents birth and death. It is the energy that marks the cycles of our life, it is the Ch’umil that opens and closes these cycles. Number 13 is realization and magic, it is an energy that allows us to change and create. Today is a day of closing cycles, a day to be open to the new. Let the presence of the light come into your life so that at this moment you can be reborn as more aware being.

Kan symbolizes action and the strength of life, it is the energy that resides in the base of your spine. Number 12 is a strong energy that ignites, it is the spiritual catalyst. This day is filled with energy, use this energy to connect to your body, to move the energy that resides in you. Stretch and exercise, connect through every movement with the powers that lie within you.

K’at has the power of grouping and bringing together, it is the net that we use to store every element –both physical and intangible- we need in life. Number 11 is the action of dividing, sorting, organizing and sharing. This is a day for sharing all those things that K’at has allowed us to gather. Be open to receive and willing to give.

Aq’ab’al is a renewing force, it is an energy that opens new opportunities to transform our life, our destiny. Number 10 represents all those things we want to explore, it is what we want to become, the aspects of ourselves that we want to manifest. This day is a source of opportunities, be open to take and experience them, allow them to transform you into that being you want to become. Remember that to evolve in life you need to be in constant transformation.

Iq’ symbolizes the wind, it is the energy that cleanses, renews, and nurtures our mind, our spirit, and our body. Number 9 is magic and intuition, it is a spiritual and creative energy. Today the wind brings magic, transformation, creativity, intuition…breathe in to absorb it. Feel how through each breath the energy of 9 Iq’ renews and heals you, how it brings awareness, and awakens your inner powers.

Imox represents the innermost recesses of the mind, it is the interconnection of ideas. Its energy has influence over our unconscious mind. It is the Ch’umil that manifests the internal powers such as vision, intuition, and dreams. Imox is magic and knowledge fused. Number 8 is strength and action. The confluence of these two energies gives you the mental power to create through your thoughts. During this day focus on having positive thoughts.
