Let us become aware that our body is our home in this reality, it is the instrument we have to develop our spiritual being in this physical-material plane.
The calling of this day is to honor and respect it, to be mindful of the things with which we feed our body in every sense: our thoughts and feelings, what we eat, the time we dedicate to movement and inner connection… Let us see ourselves as seeds that must be nourished adequately to be able to grow and bear good fruit.
Today that we are transiting the energy of Aj, which symbolizes the home as a sacred altar, we are not only honoring our body as the house of our spirit, but we are also being reminded that spiritual consciousness must be expressed from the micro to the macro. On this day let us honor Mother Earth who is also our home during our time in this existence and let us thank the spirit of our house which provides us with shelter each day.
The energies of this day remind us that each road leads to the discovery of our inner self. That we sometimes block certain paths, we close ourselves to some experiences out of fear or because of the limitations we have learned from the world around us, but today Job’ (5) E emerges to let us know the importance of flowing with life, of embracing the paths that open before us, daring to traverse them with love, and knowing that each path is the perfect one for our evolution. Let us choose to walk our paths of growth, let us blossom in our walk of life as the seeds that we are.
The energy contained by B’atz’ reminds us of the power that emerges from love. This day invites us to take a moment to bring our hand to our heart, to feel and listen to its beat which is the rhythm of our being, the pulse that reminds us that we are alive and full of possibilities.
The wisdom of Tz’i’ emerges today to remind us that life is perfect, that each one of us has been born under the star or Ch’umil that favors our growth. That the conditions of our life are exactly the ones we need to fulfill our evolutionary mission. Let us not use our circumstances as an excuse for not growing, but rather as stepping stones for our expansion. The trecena reminds us that we are the gardeners of our own existence, and that our magic and power lie in having the freedom to sow in our lives what we want to harvest. Let us have that awareness.
Fire is a wonderful element. A circle of fire has the power to unite people, to harmonize, and bring warmth and healing. A candle acts as a catalyst for our prayers; it provides light and illumination in our path. We light the fire as an act of oneness with the supreme energies, of gratitude and reciprocity.
Jun -1- Q’anil opens a new trecena, a cycle of new beginnings, of creating and putting into action our projects and ideas so that they can germinate, materialize, and become realities.
Kej is the deer who is the guardian of forests, of nature; it represents tranquility and harmony. It is the harmonic tune of creation which is manifested from a spark coming out of a bonfire, a grain of sand, a gentle breeze, a drop of dew in the morning, to the cosmic dance of the universe. When we understand how the cosmic-telluric energies influence us, we can see that Kej is the one that transmutes all these to the creation of nature, it is to see again with other eyes, with another perception. If we have sharpened our senses, then we recover our ability to see with another vision; this is when we can hear the trees, when we understand what the other living beings are saying, everything takes another perception, we are integrated to everything that surrounds us, we become an integral part of the creation.
Let us remember that our life is transcendent. That the inner work we do, the wisdom we acquire, the progress we make in our spiritual development and healing, is our contribution to our descendants, to humanity.
The Ch’umil of this day speaks to us of energy, it teaches us that energy is the essence of everything, that we ourselves are energy being expressed and connected to the power of the Universe.
Our happiness depends on us, it is an inner work, for we are the creators and receivers of what is within us.
