Today, Kajib’ Iq’ also connects us to the winds that blow from the four directions. The wind from the East that feeds the consciousness of being. The wind from the West which brings learning and growth. The wind from the North that gives strength to the power of our thoughts and connects us to our creativity. The wind from the South which brings with it the wisdom of nature. Let us breathe in each of these winds mindfully, perceiving how they nurture us with their unique qualities.
¿Qué se refleja en nuestra voz cuando hablamos de nosotros mismos y de los demás?
Kajib’ Iq’ nos habla de la importancia de ser conscientes del poder de nuestras palabras, de recordar que estas materializan, por lo que debemos ser conscientes de lo que comunicamos a los demás y a nosotros mismos. Hagamos que nuestras palabras salgan del corazón, que sean la herramienta que comunica la esencia de nuestro ser. Que nuestras oraciones se conviertan en la vibración de nuestro espíritu yse transformen en un milagro que materializa los sueños que nacen en nuestro interior.
En este día, Kajib’ Iq’ también nos conecta con los vientos que soplan de las cuatro direcciones. El viento del oriente, que alimenta la conciencia de ser; el del poniente, que trae aprendizaje y crecimiento; el del norte, que da fuerza al poder de nuestro pensamiento y nos conecta con nuestra creatividad; y el del sur, que trae consigo la sabiduría de la naturaleza. Respiremos cada uno de estos vientos con consciencia y percibamos cómo nos otorgan cada una de sus cualidades.
