The day of Ajaw Ajpu or day of Father Sun manifests its splendor today. Before, we have pointed out the importance of watching the dawn and the dusk, as well as the sun’s passage through the zenith in the center of the celestial vault and also each intermediate passage between it, as this gives us the reference of how the cycle that opens in the reality that we live in is coming. Recently, the energy of the equinox was manifested, in which the forces of light and darkness found a balance. The importance of this is that we have entered a phase of inner balance in which there is no predominance of one or the other, this means that we are the ones who have the power to define how we want to empower each of them. We walk on the path where these powers converge and we decide to which of them we want to open the space. But it is the grandfather Kin/Sun who guides us, gives us strength; for our existence is linked to his emanation. Hence, our actions must have the projection of the destiny we seek. It is not something to take lightly and, as the elders always tell us, it is our responsibility. The awareness of this moment gives us a special power, determination is the key.
Ajaw Ajpu is clarity, certainty, strength, power, magnetism, and astuteness. It is also to face everything with confidence. The determination with which this Ch’umil is presented is an energy to be used in our favor, for it gives us the wisdom and strength to overcome the obstacles in life.
The inner light of each being is in consonance with that of the Heart of the Sky, of Father Sun.

El día de Ajaw Ajpu o día del Padre Sol hoy manifiesta su esplendor. Antes hemos apuntado que hay que ver el amanecer, que es importante el atardecer, al igual que su paso por el cenit en el centro de la bóveda celeste y también cada paso intermedio entre estos, porque eso nos da la referencia de cómo viene el ciclo que se abre ante la realidad que vivimos. Recientemente se manifestó la energía del equinoccio, en el que las fuerzas de la luz y la oscuridad encontraron un equilibrio. La importancia de esto es que entramos en una fase de balance interior en el que no hay predominio de ninguna de las dos, esto quiere decir que somos nosotros los que tenemos el poder de definir cómo queremos empoderar cada cosa. Caminamos en el sendero de encuentro entre esos poderes y nosotros decidimos a quién abrirle el espacio. Pero es el abuelo Kin/Sol quien nos guía, nos da fuerza; pues nuestra existencia está ligada a su emanación. De ahí que nuestras acciones deben tener la proyección del destino que queremos. No es algo a tomar a la ligera y, como siempre nos indican los abuelos y abuelas, es nuestra responsabilidad. La consciencia de este momento nos da un poder especial, la determinación es la clave.
Ajaw Ajpu es la claridad, la certeza, la fuerza, el poder, el magnetismo y la astucia. Es también el enfrentar todo con entereza. La determinación con que se presenta este Ch’umil es una energía a utilizar para nuestro beneficio, nos da la sabiduría y fortaleza para vencer los obstáculos en la vida.
La luz interna de cada ser esta en concordancia con la del Corazón del Cielo, del Padre Sol.
