KEB’ K’AT ~ Today’s Ch’umil

Nawal K'atLet us not forget that there is nothing ‘wrong’ with us, we are already complete and perfect beings.

If we connect with everything we are in consciousness and compassion, we have the opportunity to see ourselves honestly. In doing so, we will surely find aspects of ourselves that may generate discomfort. However, if we allow ourselves to be trapped by those aspects and allow them to lead us into a state of struggle, feeling the need to defend ourselves from the world or run away from it, we lose the ability to appreciate our true worth and greatness.

The energetic confluence of the day invites us to remember that we have the freedom to choose whether to stay entangled in the way we see our story or to grow from it. We are not here to turn something that was “bad” in us into something “good”; rather, our purpose is to integrate every part of us: our emotions, our experiences, the heritage of our ancestors, our history in all its diversity… so that we can live in completeness and unity with all that we are.

Every part of us shapes that perfect and beautiful being that we are. By accepting and integrating all our parts, we can experience a life of harmony and fullness, recognizing that we are already enough, that we are complete in our essence.
