Ajaw Aq’ab’al is the energy that the elders call the dusk and the dawn. It is the ray of light that illuminates the darkness, that brings clarity and illumination to our life, that teaches us, protects us, and guides us on the path, and which brings a spiritual awakening. Its power opens opportunities and often under its auspices unexpected challenges and changes arise, as it guides us towards new places, sometimes unknown, where we can find the transformation of our being and of our life experience. Its wisdom also allows us to find a light in the darkness, it allows us to see ourselves and recognize our fears and our darkness so that we can ignite through its light the flame that shines within us. This Ch’umil connects us to the eternal present, it is the energy that with each sunrise opens a new opportunity to live, to do, to transform. El pasado nos regala aprendizaje y experiencia, nos da el conocimiento que necesitamos para cambiar y evolucionar, para no repetir los mismos errores una y otra vez. Hoy Aq’ab’al nos ayuda a integrar la sabiduría que obtuvimos de nuestro pasado, pero nos recuerda al mismo tiempo que no debemos anclarnos a él, que la magia está en sentir el momento presente, en vivir plenamente el hoy.
