Our wounds, everything we have been carrying, the version of ourselves that we are now, each moment we live, none of that is truly permanent. When we understand that everything changes, we can stop clinging, let go of what has already fulfilled its purpose in our lives, and in that way find freedom. Let us open ourselves with excitement to the changes that life brings us, let us not seek to possess things but to live them with the heart, and if we are moving through any pain, let us also remember that everything changes and that all that emerges in our life is part of the sacred path of our being.
