Happiness is found in the simplest things, which are oftentimes also the most profound.
There is a great power in simplicity, the same power our ancestors recognized in their spiritual practices and in the force that filled their lives. They taught us that the magic of existence is found in simplicity, that things do not need to be complicated to be truly powerful.
The nature that surrounds us, the wise gaze of a grandmother, the smile of a child, the chance to help someone, a hug, the sun and the stars that light our way, or the time we take to pause, reflect, and listen to our inner self, all show us how simplicity truly nourishes our being.

Let us be grateful for being part of this awakening, for the dawn we are living together as humanity.
Our blossoming is the result of having known how to plant with awareness.
We did not come here to avoid life but to inhabit it.
Realizing that we are more than this body, that we are infinite beings, transforms the way we see life.
Life changes when we recognize the power of our energy. It stops being coincidence and becomes creation.
Sometimes the most important step we take is knowing when to stop.
