We lack nothing and we are not incomplete. Sometimes we just forget to inhabit all that we are.
Our being experiences life through the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual planes. Each of us is made up of these manifestations. The elders say that these are our four bodies. Today the energy reminds us that for our being to be supported by strong foundations, we must work not only on nourishing our mind and caring for our physical body and material world, but also on fostering growth in our emotions and spiritual development. As complete beings, each part that shapes us is important for our evolution and for finding our center and balance. Today we can meditate under the light of a yellow candle to open a space of connection with each of our bodies.
The path we want to walk is created with every conscious step.
To love fully, we must be willing to open our hearts completely.
Today marks the beginning of a trecena under the energy of Tz’i’, the guardian of both spiritual and material law, the symbol of justice and the cosmic and earthly authorities. Tz’i’ is the energy that guides us along the right path, helping us distinguish what benefits us from what does not. Its wisdom teaches us to live with awareness and respect for all that exists, recognizing the value and importance of everything, including ourselves.
Sometimes gratitude does not change what happens, but it changes how we live it.
Our life reflects what we choose to nurture each day.
True transformation happens when we are honest with ourselves.
Evolution is a constant path and the potential to keep growing lives within us.
Nothing holds us back more than what we choose not to let go.
What we look for outside already lives within us, and no external light can take the place of the one we carry inside.
