Kawoq is the energy of the family, the community, the group, humanity; it is coexistence. Number 6 represents challenges, it is the conflicts that we face in life. During this day focus on the energy of harmony to avoid the confrontations that may rise. Have an open heart that allows you to understand and respect other people’s experiences and points of view.
Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders. She is the author of the book "The Energies of the Day" which is a daily guide to the energies of the Sacred Cholq'ij Calendar.
