4 B’atz’ – Today’s Maya Day Sign (Ch’umil)
B’atz’ is the symbolical thread that weaves our life. Number 4 is related to the balance of the four planes of existence –bodies-: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This is a good day to find inner balance; to bring together the threads of the four planes, your body, your mind, your emotions, and your spirit, to make your existence a beautiful and colorful weaving that integrates all the aspects of your life.
Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders. She is the author of the book "The Energies of the Day" which is a daily guide to the energies of the Sacred Cholq'ij Calendar.
