Aq’ab’al represents the sunrise and sunset, light and dark, two opposing and harmonious energies. Number 3 is the results of your efforts. Like Aq’ab’al, all human beings have positive and negative characteristics. This is a good day to bring a ray of light to your negative side and enhance the positive aspects of yourself, as well as to focus on the virtues of others instead of judging them; as a result you will be filled with peace and joy.
Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders. She is the author of the book "The Energies of the Day" which is a daily guide to the energies of the Sacred Cholq'ij Calendar.
