2 Q’anil – Today’s Ch’umil
Number 2 represents duality, the couple, and union; it is a good energy to improve relationships. Q’anil symbolizes the seed, life and creation, it is said that everything that starts on this day will grow. This is a good day to prepare the ground in which the seeds of love will germinate; plant honesty, patience, happiness, love, forgiveness, support, respect, and understanding, along with every feeling you need to improve your relationships.
Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders. She is the author of the book "The Energies of the Day" which is a daily guide to the energies of the Sacred Cholq'ij Calendar.
