Can we be there for others without failing to honor who we are?

Now that Waqib’ K’at, the energy that speaks to us about the lessons in our relationships and the net that holds us, converges with the trecena of Kawoq, which symbolizes our shared growth, the energies invite us to reflect on how we are connecting with others.

How are we using our net? Let us observe if our relationships are held by attachment, if we get stuck caring for others out of fear of disappointing, from the need to be seen, or from not knowing how to set boundaries. If we use our net as a shield that isolates us, for it is difficult for us to let someone in or to be available for others. Or if we have learned to use our net to cultivate deep bonds grounded in love, empathy, and support for one another, relationships that seek the wellbeing of others without forgetting our own.

This can be a good day to look at and work on those aspects that still challenge us in our relationships.

Ahora que Waqib’ K’at, la energía que nos habla de los aprendizajes en nuestras relaciones y de la red que nos sostiene, converge con la trecena de Kawoq, que simboliza nuestro crecimiento compartido, las energías nos invitan a reflexionar sobre cómo nos estamos vinculando.

¿Cómo estamos usando nuestra red? Observemos si nuestras relaciones se sostienen desde el apego, si nos quedamos atrapados en el cuidado del otro por miedo a decepcionar, por la necesidad de ser vistos o por no saber poner límites; si usamos nuestra red como una coraza que nos aísla, si nos cuesta permitir que alguien entre o estar disponibles para los demás; o si hemos aprendido a usar nuestra red para cultivar vínculos profundos, sostenidos por el amor, la empatía y el apoyo mutuo, relaciones que buscan el bienestar del otro sin olvidarnos del nuestro.

Este puede ser un buen día para mirar y trabajar en esos aspectos que aún nos cuestan en nuestras relaciones.
