Rooting ourselves in life is the way to allow the divine to reveal itself in us and in the world around us.
When we seek to expand our consciousness, this world can feel heavy, challenging, or even unfamiliar. We may feel out of place, longing to journey to subtler planes to free ourselves from the limitations of the physical body, from conflicts, or from the weight of the earthly realm. Yet the energies of this day remind us that the Earth is a sacred temple, the place where our transformation unfolds. It is here, in this world and in this body, that we find the medicine we need now.
Let us allow our body to align with the body of Mother Earth, for although we are vast and infinite, it is here, in this moment and in this plane, where we find our learning and growth.
Enraizarnos en la vida es la forma de permitir que lo divino se manifieste en nosotros y en el mundo que nos rodea.
Cuando buscamos expandir nuestra consciencia, este mundo puede sentirse pesado, desafiante o incluso ajeno. Podemos tener la sensación de no encajar, de desear viajar hacia planos más sutiles para liberarnos de las limitaciones del cuerpo físico, de los conflictos o de la densidad de lo terrenal. Pero las energías de este día nos recuerdan que la Tierra también es un templo sagrado, el lugar donde sucede nuestra transformación. Es en este mundo y en este cuerpo donde encontramos la medicina que necesitamos ahora.
Permitamos que nuestro cuerpo se sintonice con el cuerpo de la Madre Tierra, porque aunque somos vastedad y universo, es aquí, en este momento y en este plano, donde encontramos nuestro aprendizaje y crecimiento.
