Freedom begins by recognizing that what traps us is only strong while we hold on to it.
K’at is the energy of what limits us, those beliefs, structures, and ideas that we have accepted or created and that restrict our freedom and spontaneity. But this Ch’umil is also the energy that opens us to the opportunity to recognize those limits and to untie the knots of our reality.
Its force drives us to observe ourselves honestly, to ask which conditionings we follow, what limits we have normalized, and what we are tied to. It reminds us that many of our limits are nothing more than the way we choose to see the world and that any net we have created can also be unraveled. When we stop nurturing with our attention and energy the net that contains us, that which once seemed so difficult to let go of begins to move and to find light, and there true liberation begins.
