Respecting someone else’s process is also a way of showing love.
We can genuinely want someone to grow, heal, or change; we might feel like we see what they need, but the truth is that everyone moves through their own process. Today’s energies remind us that helping also means respecting that process, respecting the other person’s autonomy and the way they learn. It means showing up with love, listening, supporting, and being present without trying to fix anyone’s life, and understanding that loving someone also means giving space, trusting their path, and remembering that real growth happens when each person does their own work.
Respetar el proceso del otro también es una forma de mostrar amor.
Podemos querer con toda nuestra buena intención y corazón que alguien crezca, sane o cambie; podemos creer que vemos lo que necesitan, pero la verdad es que cada quien vive su propio proceso. Hoy las energías nos recuerdan que ayudar también es respetar ese proceso, respetar la autonomía del otro y su forma de aprender, es acompañar con amor, es escuchar, apoyar y estar presentes sin tratar de arreglarle la vida a nadie, y entender que amar también significa dar espacio, confiar en el camino del otro y recordar que cuando uno hace su propio trabajo es cuando realmente crece.
