To shine is to embrace without fear every shade of who we are.
We just began a trecena that allows us to see our light, and when it converges with the energies of Keb’ Imox, which guide this day, we remember that seeing our light does not mean ignoring our shadow, but being aware of it. Being authentic means being honest with everything we are, understanding that our growth and healing do not come from pretending false positivity or a happiness we do not feel, but from staying connected to everything we feel and experience.
Let us allow ourselves to feel what we feel, go through difficult moments with openness and resilience, and embrace every shade of our light and our shadow without judging ourselves, recognizing that all that we are is part of our power, and although courage is needed, that is how we shine with our light; that is being our authentic self.
Brillar es abrazar sin miedo cada matiz de lo que somos.
Recien iniciamos una trecena que nos permite ver nuestra luz y que al converger con las energías de Keb’ Imox, que guían este día, recordamos que ver nuestra luz no significa ignorar nuestra sombra, sino ser conscientes de ella. Ser auténticos implica ser honestos con todo lo que somos, entender que nuestro crecimiento y sanación no nacen de fingir un falso positivismo o una felicidad que no sentimos, sino de mantenernos conectados con todo lo que sentimos y vivimos.
Se trata de permitirnos sentir lo que sentimos, transitar los momentos difíciles con apertura y resiliencia, abrazar cada matiz de nuestra luz y nuestra sombra sin juzgarnos, reconociendo que todo lo que somos forma parte de nuestra fuerza y aunque a veces se requiere valor, eso es lo que significa brillar con nuestra luz, eso es ser nuestro yo auténtico.
