We are beings of the Earth, expanding toward the cosmic.
To connect with subtler levels of awareness, we do not need to escape the world. We need to inhabit it more fully. Our body is the channel, the tool, the space where everything unfolds. It allows us to live, express ourselves, and relate to existence.
Aj reminds us that to expand into subtler realms, we need strong roots. Our spirit chose this place and this time for its evolution, and even when the earthly feels dense or limiting, this is where the medicine we need now can be found; this is where our transformation takes place.

Para conectar con niveles más sutiles de consciencia no necesitamos alejarnos del mundo, sino habitarlo con más presencia. Nuestro cuerpo es el canal, la herramienta, el lugar donde todo ocurre. Es quien nos permite vivir, expresar y vincularnos con la existencia.
Aj nos recuerda que para expandirnos a niveles más sutiles, necesitamos raíces firmes. Nuestro espíritu eligió este espacio y este tiempo para su evolución y aunque a veces lo terrenal se sienta complejo de transitar o limitado, es aquí donde está la medicina que necesitamos en este momento, donde ocurre nuestra transformación.
