Toj symbolizes the Sacred Ceremonial Fire, its energy is connected to the power of gratitude, it is the act of offering and giving thanks, of transmuting through the force of this sacred element, of liberating through its power to find the balance of our existence, to reconcile ourselves with our inner self and reach harmony with everything that surrounds us. Toj is giving thanks for life, for the roads we’ve traveled, for the opportunities that have emerged, for the learning that we obtained. This is the Ch’umil of reciprocity, it is the result of what we do, the power we have to create through our actions. It is the light that ignites our spiritual being, the flame that can illuminate even the darkest path, the ritual that connects us with the supreme, the sacred fire that keeps the teachings of the elders and transmits through its signals the ancestral knowledge. Number 13 is an energy that impels us, that gives us the potential to grow, to expand our being, to reach fulfillment.
On this day let us liberate ourselves from everything that does not contribute to our being, that limits our development. Let us be grateful for the teachings and growth that each situation, thought, emotion or person has brought to our life and then let us release it. May the liberating fire that guides us during this day helps us burn, transmute, release, and harmonize everything that is halting our development in any of the planes of existence. This is a day in which there is much power in the ritual of writing down what we want to release and burning it through the Sacred Fire so that we can find peace and harmony.
Today is the last day of the No’j trecena, let us take a moment to thank this Ch’umil for every thought that has had the power to materialize, for every new knowledge and wisdom we have gained, for the kindness and peace it has granted us in the complex moments we have gone through during the past 13 days. Let us use in this day the force of the fusion of Toj and No’j to purify our being and thus initiate this new cycle of 13 days with harmony in our mind, heart, and spirit.

Toj es el dar gracias por la vida, por los caminos recorridos, por las oportunidades que surgen, por el aprendizaje obtenido. Este es el Ch’umil de la reciprocidad, es el resultado de lo que hacemos, el poder que tenemos de crear a través de nuestros actos. Es la luz que enciende nuestro ser espiritual, la llama que puede iluminar hasta el camino más oscuro, el ritual que nos conecta con lo supremo, el sagrado fuego que guarda las enseñanzas de los abuelos y transmite a través de sus señales el saber ancestral. El número 13 es una energía que nos impulsa, nos da el potencial de crecer, de expandir nuestro ser, de alcanzar la realización.
Liberemos hoy todo aquello que no aporta a nuestro ser, que limita nuestro desarrollo. Agradezcamos las enseñanzas y crecimiento que cada situación, pensamiento, emoción o persona ha traído a nuestra vida y luego dejemos ir. Que el fuego liberador que nos guía durante este día nos ayude a quemar, transmutar, soltar y armonizar todo lo que esté obstaculizando nuestro proceso de desarrollo en cualquiera de los planos de existencia. Este es un día en el que el hay mucho poder en el ritual de escribir lo que queremos liberar y quemarlo por medio del Sagrado Fuego para así encontrar paz y armonía.
Hoy es el último día de la trecena de No’j, tomemos un momento para agradecer a este Ch’umil por cada pensamiento que ha tenido el poder de materializar, por cada conocimiento y sabiduría nueva que hemos obtenido, por la nobleza y paz que nos ha otorgado en los momentos complejos que hemos transitado en los pasados 13 días. Utilicemos en este día la fuerza de la fusión de Toj y No’j para purificar nuestro ser e iniciar así este nuevo ciclo de 13 días con armonía en nuestra mente, corazón y espíritu.
