E is the Ch’umil that grants us the inner power to walk our path of life. It is every step we take and every action we carry out, from which we gather our knowledge and experience. Number 11 is an energy that brings us the tests and challenges we will transmute into knowledge. The energies of this day help us explore and recognize the teachings we have gathered through our experiences, they help us learn from everything that has happened to us so that we can move forward in our spiritual journey.
Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders. She is the author of the book "The Energies of the Day" which is a daily guide to the energies of the Sacred Cholq'ij Calendar.
