K’at represents the net that helps us group and bring together the elements we need to accomplish our life’s purpose; but it is also the energy that can tangle us in a web, mostly of our own making. Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders.
