Kame represents our family lineage; it brings us closer to our ancestors, to the beings who live in another dimension. Number 12 symbolizes the group, the family. Our ancestors have given us the strength of life, from them we have inherited our inner wisdom and powers. Through these energies we can connect to them, to our history and the powers and wisdom we have inherited, which we can use to develop ourselves with awareness. Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders. She is the author of the book "The Energies of the Day" which is a daily guide to the energies of the Sacred Cholq'ij Calendar.
