3 Aj – Today’s Maya Day Sign (Ch’umil)
Aj, represented by cane and cornstalks, symbolizes the strength of power; it is a pillar that connects the cosmic and the telluric energies, and it means abundance and the renewal of nature. Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders.
