Let us remember that we are always listening to what we think. There is a constant inner conversation, and it is worth observing the patterns of our thoughts, because through them we create not only our perception of the world, but also our reality.

Let us also remember that we are the ones who guide our minds. Let us not allow our minds to take control, pull us in different directions, or focus only on the negative. Let us challenge it. Let us choose what to think and change the pattern when necessary. Let us remember that we do not have to live on autopilot.
La persona que más escuchas es la que más influye en tu vida: esa persona eres TÚ.

Recordemos que siempre estamos escuchando lo que pensamos. Hay una conversación interna constante y vale la pena observar el patrón de nuestros pensamientos, porque con ellos vamos creando no solo nuestra percepción del mundo, sino también nuestra realidad.

Recordemos también que nosotros dirigimos nuestra mente. No dejemos que tome el control, nos lleve de un lado a otro o se enfoque solo en lo negativo. Desafiémosla. Elijamos qué pensar, cambiemos el patrón cuando sea necesario y recordemos que no tenemos por qué vivir en piloto automático.
