Today its energy converges with Wajxaqib’ Kawoq, speaking to how we build ourselves through our relationships.
This day reminds us that even when we do not understand why certain people come into our lives, with time we can see that they come to move something within and to show us aspects of ourselves. What we live with others influences who we are, because their actions, their ways of being, what we love in them or what bothers us, all of it reflects us and also speaks to what is in us. Even those who make us uncomfortable can help us bring out strengths we did not know we had, or find the courage to see things we were not ready to see before. Everyone has a purpose.
Today I remember something a Nan shared with me in a conversation, something that moved me deeply and stayed with me as a meaningful teaching that I want to share: “Have you ever thought that maybe the person who caused you pain also came to fulfill a role in your path? Maybe it is a soul that offered to bring you exactly the teaching you needed. I am not saying this to justify the harm, but so that what you experienced can take on a different meaning, one that helps you see the growth it has allowed you to have.”

La trecena de E nos recuerda que la vida siempre va abriendo los caminos que necesitamos caminar, que nos trae las personas y situaciones que nos ayudan a reconocer nuestro valor, a recordar quiénes somos, a desarrollar nuestros dones y a confiar en nosotros mismos. Hoy su energía converge con Wajxaqib’ Kawoq, hablándonos de cómo nos construimos a través de nuestras relaciones.
Este día nos recuerda que aunque a veces no entendamos por qué ciertas personas llegan a nuestra vida, con el tiempo podemos ver que vienen a mover algo dentro y a mostrarnos aspectos de nosotros. Lo que vivimos con otros influye en lo que somos, porque sus acciones, sus formas de ser, lo que amamos en ellos o lo que nos incomoda, todo eso nos refleja y también habla de lo que hay en nosotros. Incluso esas personas que nos incomodan pueden ayudarnos a sacar fortalezas que no sabíamos que teníamos o a encontrar el valor de ver cosas que antes no queríamos ver. Todos tienen un propósito.
Hoy recuerdo algo que me dijo una Nan en una conversación, algo que me movió tanto que se me quedó como una gran enseñanza y que quiero compartir: “¿Nunca has pensado que tal vez esa persona que te hizo sufrir también llegó a cumplir un papel en tu camino? Tal vez es un alma que se ofreció a traerte justo esa enseñanza que necesitabas. No te lo digo para justificar el daño que te hizo, sino para que lo que experimentaste tome otro sentido, uno que te ayude a ver el crecimiento que te ha permitido tener.”
