May we never forget that we are incredible beings; may we allow ourselves to shine with all our light.
Let us take a moment today to recognize ourselves as the sacred and divine beings we are, to look up at the sky, feel the warmth of the Sun, and remember why we are here. May this day help us remember that life is meant to be lived fully through each of its cycles, to understand that there is no need to seek outside for what we already carry within, that we are already beings filled with light.
And in that recognition of our light, let us remember that there are important reasons why the Maya Elders created such precise calendars to observe the cycles of each celestial body, for they understood the influence that their energy and phases have on us. Along the path the Sun traces each year, we are now moving through days of the Zenith Sun, a time when the Sun reaches the zenith each day somewhere across these lands, and its presence feels especially strong today under the energy of Ajpu, which represents the Sun. May the light of this day help us see clearly, fill us with that powerful energy, and may we shine like the Sun from our own inner light.

Tomemos hoy un momento para reconocernos como los seres sagrados y divinos que somos, para mirar al cielo, sentir la calidez del Sol y recordar por qué estamos aquí. Que este día nos ayude a reconocer que la vida es una experiencia para ser vivida plenamente en cada uno de sus ciclos, a comprender que no necesitamos buscar fuera lo que ya tenemos dentro, que ya somos un ser lleno de luz.
Y en ese mismo reconocimiento de nuestra luz, tengamos presente que hay razones importantes por las que los abuelos Mayas creaban calendarios tan perfectos para observar los ciclos de cada astro, pues sabían la influencia que su energía y sus fases tienen en nosotros. En ese camino que el Sol recorre cada año, ahora estamos transitando días de Sol Cenital, un tiempo en el que el Sol alcanza el cenit cada día en algún lugar de estas tierras, y su fuerza se hace especialmente presente hoy bajo la energía de Ajpu, que simboliza al Sol. Que la luz de este día nos ayude a ver con claridad, a llenarnos de esa poderosa energía y a brillar como un Sol desde nuestra propia luz interior.
