One of the most powerful qualities of Tz’ikin is that it gives us the strength to attract good fortune and opens the path to everything that is good for us. As it converges with Julajuj and the trecena of Kan, it reminds us of the importance of the intention and energy we place into the things we want, of working alongside this Ch’umil to manifest what we seek and shape our dreams into reality.
This day reminds us not to move through life out of pure inertia or see ourselves as victims of our circumstances, blaming others or what surrounds us for our limitations and stagnation, without realizing that our happiness belongs to us. Let us not forget how wonderful life is and that we carry within us the energy to create it. Let us remember that Ajaw Tz’ikin is the intermediary, but the creation is ours.

Este día nos recuerda a no ir por la vida por pura inercia o sintiéndonos víctimas de nuestras circunstancias, culpando a los demás o a lo que nos rodea por nuestras limitaciones y estancamiento, sin darnos cuenta de que nuestra felicidad nos corresponde a nosotros.
