Aq’ab’al is a Ch’umil that can bring many challenges, but it also gives us the light to move through them. Let us imagine the first ray of light that illuminates the darkness, that light that brings clarity, dispels the darkness, and shows us the paths, the one that allows us to see where we are going and where we want to go, that is the energy of this day. This day reminds us that life is a path that each of us walks, but that we also share with others, with nature, and with the universe. Let us live each part of that path remembering that our gifts and our growth do not come from avoiding darkness or challenges, they come from bringing them into the light, from moving through them, and from living ourselves fully in all that we are and all that we experience, staying present to live each day, with each person and in each moment. We only have this life, and our path is perfect for us, let us live it to the fullest.

Aq’ab’al es un Ch’umil que puede traer muchas pruebas, pero también nos da la luz para atravesarlas. Imaginemos el primer rayo de luz que ilumina la oscuridad, esa luz que aclara, disipa y nos muestra los caminos, la que nos permite ver hacia dónde vamos y hacia dónde queremos ir, esa es la energía de este día. Este día nos recuerda que la vida es un camino que cada uno recorre, pero que también compartimos con otras personas, con la naturaleza y con el universo. Vivamos cada parte de ese camino recordando que nuestros dones y nuestro crecimiento no vienen de evitar la oscuridad ni las pruebas, vienen de traerlas a la luz, de atravesarlas y de vivirnos con todo lo que somos y lo que experimentamos, estando presentes para vivir cada día con todo, con cada persona y en cada momento. Solo tenemos esta vida y nuestro camino es perfecto para nosotros, vivámosla al máximo.
