Kame is the energy of our spiritual and family lineage; it symbolizes death and communication with our ancestors. Number 6 entails learning, changes and responsibility. This is a good day to do away with bad death, accidents, and illnesses; a day to ask for protection for travels, for the safety of our communities and that there may be no wars. Light a purple candle to ask the Creator and the Maker to drive away the bad energies.
Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders. She is the author of the book "The Energies of the Day" which is a daily guide to the energies of the Sacred Cholq'ij Calendar.
