OXLAJUJ IQ’ ~ Today’s Ch’umil

Amid so much noise, let us not forget to listen to the voice within.

This day invites us to connect with our breath, to receive through it the purifying spirit of the wind, and to quiet our minds so we can listen to the wisdom that lives within.

Let us take a moment to reflect on the trecena that comes to an end and reconnect with who we are. Let us pause, not to silence what we feel or disconnect from ourselves, but to observe and feel, remembering that we truly come to know ourselves by creating the space to listen.
En medio de tanto ruido, no olvidemos escuchar la voz de nuestro interior.

Este día nos invita a conectar con nuestra respiración, a recibir a través de ella el espíritu purificador del viento, a silenciar nuestra mente para escuchar la sabiduría que habita en nuestro interior.

Démonos un momento para meditar en la trecena que finaliza y para conectar con nuestro ser. Tomemos una pausa, no para silenciar lo que sentimos o desconectarnos de nosotros mismos, sino para observarnos y sentirnos, recordando que la mejor manera de conocernos es darnos el espacio para escucharnos.
