Day and night exist in harmony because nature does not reject its opposites. Why do we?
Everything that exists comes from the same energy taking infinite forms. That energy is the mountain, a star, a tree, and also us. We are different expressions of the same energy, expressed through opposing forms. There is no light without darkness, silence without sound, joy without sadness, action without stillness, because opposites do not divide unity, they give it form.
The same is true for us. When we stop rejecting a part of who we are, we discover that we are not missing anything. Life does not ask us to choose between one extreme and the other. It invites us to understand that both come from the same energy and that opposites do not contradict each other, they complete one another.
El día y la noche existen en armonía porque la naturaleza no rechaza sus opuestos. ¿Por qué nosotros sí?
Todo lo que existe nace de una misma energía que toma infinitas formas. Esa energía es la montaña, una estrella, un árbol y también nosotros. Somos distintas expresiones de una misma energía que se manifiesta de formas opuestas. No hay luz sin oscuridad, silencio sin sonido, alegría sin tristeza, acción sin quietud, porque los opuestos no dividen la unidad, le dan forma.
Lo mismo ocurre en nosotros. Cuando dejamos de rechazar una parte de quienes somos, descubrimos que no nos falta nada. La vida no nos pide elegir entre un extremo y otro. Nos invita a comprender que ambos nacen de la misma energía y que los opuestos no se contradicen, se completan.
