Toj symbolizes payment and offering. It is the energy that reminds us of the importance of giving thanks for life, for the paths we have traveled, and for the opportunities and lessons we have received. It is the connection we have with the sacred. It is the Ceremonial Fire through which we converse with the energies, make offerings to them, and do our spiritual work to bring balance and harmony to whatever may be out of balance.
The Fire of Toj ignites our being, transforms us, and helps us reconcile and find harmony within ourselves and with everything that surrounds us. Toj is also the Ch’umil of reciprocity, reminding us that just as we receive from life, we also have a responsibility to give, to give thanks, and to make offerings. It is the awareness that our actions have consequences, that life is an exchange.
Toj simboliza el pagamento y la ofrenda, es la energía que nos recuerda la importancia de dar gracias por la vida, por los caminos recorridos, por las oportunidades y aprendizajes obtenidos. Es esa conexión que tenemos con lo sagrado, es el Fuego Ceremonial a través del cual conversamos con las energías, les ofrendamos y hacemos nuestro trabajo espiritual para traer al balance y la armonía todo aquello que pueda estar fuera de equilibrio.
El fuego de Toj enciende nuestro ser, nos transforma, nos ayuda a reconciliarnos y a armonizarnos con nosotros mismos y con todo lo que nos rodea. Toj es también el Ch’umil de la reciprocidad, ese que nos recuerda que así como recibimos de la vida, también tenemos la responsabilidad de dar, agradecer y ofrendar. Es la consciencia de que nuestros actos tienen consecuencias, de que la vida es un intercambio.
