Perhaps what we need isn’t to become someone else, but to free ourselves from the conditioning that keeps us from being who we are.
What if, instead of striving for perfection, we recognized that there is nothing wrong with us that needs fixing? We are already whole, even as we continue to grow.
In the process of discovering who we are in this moment and who we want to become, perhaps what we need to do is unlearn the conditioning that has taken us away from our true selves, letting go of the rigid structures we have adopted and believe give us security and stability, when in reality they only keep us from growing.
Today, let us look at ourselves with awareness, knowing that we already are everything and, at the same time, still have the space to become so much more.
Tal vez lo que necesitamos no es convertirnos en alguien más, sino liberarnos de los condicionamientos que nos impiden ser nosotros.
¿Qué tal si en vez de buscar la perfección reconocemos que no hay nada malo que arreglar en nosotros? Ya somos seres completos, aun cuando estemos en constante crecimiento.
En ese proceso de descubrir quiénes somos en este momento y quiénes queremos llegar a ser, tal vez lo que debemos hacer es desaprender aquello que nos condiciona y nos ha alejado de nuestro ser, soltar esas estructuras rígidas que hemos adoptado y que creemos que nos brindan seguridad y estabilidad, pero que en realidad solo estancan nuestro crecimiento.
Observémonos hoy con consciencia, sabiendo que ya somos todo y, al mismo tiempo, seguimos teniendo el espacio para convertirnos en mucho más.
