6 E – Today’s Maya Day Sign (Ch’umil)
E symbolizes the path of destiny; it is the energy of action that moves us toward our precise objectives and our realization. Number 6 represents trials and conflicts. This day brings with it an ambivalent energy; on one hand it gives you the strength to reach anything you wish, but on the other hand it brings difficulties and fears to take the first step. Even so, and no matter how difficult the journey, don’t become discouraged or lose sight of your final destination and don’t allow any obstacles to stop you.
Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders. She is the author of the book "The Energies of the Day" which is a daily guide to the energies of the Sacred Cholq'ij Calendar.
