10 K’at – Today’s Maya Day Sign (Ch’umil)
K’at is the net; it is the entanglements, everything that trap us. K’at, however, is also the energy that allows us to untie the knots that bind us, it gives us the tools we need to free ourselves and move towards our development. Number 10 represents flowing. Use the tools that these energies bring to release yourself form any blockages so that your energy will flow and allow you to advance in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual paths.
Following the footsteps of her family, Denise started her spiritual path at the age of 15, when she began traveling frequently to the highlands in her home of Guatemala to learn about Maya culture from the elders.
